If I were you, I'd install a 1TB SATA SSD for steam library and then a 2TB SSHDD for bulk storage. How much storage you need depends on your space usage habits. There is absolutely no benefit to running games on an NVMe SSD over a SATA SSD. If you're adamant on running your games off an SSD, then get a SATA SSD, they're cheaper. Running your games off a HDD isn't really all that much slower than an SSD in most cases, especially if it's a Firecuda SSHDD (HDD with a small SSD built-in), and they're only around $80 for 2TB. Your NVMe SSD is only ever really useful for just your OS and non-gaming apps. 32GB right now is kind of overkill if all you do is gaming and light work. It might do you well for the next few years.
